- The student will identify the fruits of the spirit and the fruits of the flesh.

- The student will list Christ-like attributes.
- The student will name the concept.
- The student will reflect on the learning process.
Exemplars:
- List of the fruits of the spirit.
- List the fruits of the flesh.
Presentation:
Statement of Purpose: You are going to use your thinking skills to discover a Biblical concept.
Procedure Rules:
- No talking until the end. Do not speak out even when you think you know my idea.
- Think about my examples, how they may be the same or different.
- You may change your mind if you discover that your idea is not correct.
Focus Statement: Look at the sheet of paper in front of you. There is a triangle in the bottom right hand corner where you will mark "Y" for "yes" as I tell you. Some of my examples will not be examples of my idea and then you will mark "N" for "no" as I indicate.
Testing:
- Thumbs up or down after 10 to 12 words.
- More words.
- List attributes.
- Name concept.
Analysis:
- When did you think you knew the concept?
- Which word helped you the most?
- Did you change your mind?
